1. Acceptable Use of Services

By accessing the platforms, products, or websites of EthicsComputer, you agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Our cybersecurity tools, LMS dashboard features, and custom SaaS platforms must only be utilized for lawful enterprise business operations.

Prohibited actions include:

• Using our VAPT threat scanner modules or hacking resources on unauthorized computer networks.
• Falsifying identification details or academic records on our Internship application registry.
• Attempting to bypass authentication firewalls, reverse-engineer database modules, or disrupt server infrastructure.

2. Intellectual Property Assets

All materials published on this website, including but not limited to the EthicsUI system layout code, custom glassmorphism graphics, documentation templates, and logo arrays, are the exclusive intellectual property of EthicsComputer.

No portion of our proprietary SaaS frameworks (such as KhataFlow or CRM engines) may be copied, licensed, or distributed without explicit written permission from our corporate management.

3. Client Agreements & Service Level Agreements (SLA)

B2B contracts, software customization deliverables, and network penetration test audits are governed by custom SLAs signed separately. In the event of any discrepancies between this website's general terms and a signed B2B contract, the terms of the signed B2B contract shall always take precedence.

4. Limitation of Corporate Liability

EthicsComputer makes every attempt to maintain 99.9% platform availability and deliver secure software products. However, our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. EthicsComputer shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or accidental losses arising from server maintenance, network downtime, or system configurations.
