NDA Policy
Last updated: May 27, 2026. This page documents our corporate commitment to Non-Disclosure Agreements and intellectual property defense.
1. Standard Confidentiality Framework
At EthicsComputer, we acknowledge that our clients' codebases, business logic patterns, employee data lists, and vulnerability reports are highly sensitive, trade-secret assets. Under our standard NDA policy, all such assets are classified as "Confidential Information" immediately upon engagement.
We guarantee that all project communication, threat data sweeps, database access keys, and technical discussions are:
- Held in absolute secrecy and never shared with competitor groups or third parties.
- Encrypted with enterprise-grade keys and stored in isolated cloud server spaces.
- Accessed strictly on a "need-to-know" basis by vetted engineering staff.
2. Non-Disclosure Agreement Executions
Before taking delivery of any client source files, database backups, or cloud infrastructure credentials, EthicsComputer executes standard mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). We also happily evaluate and comply with our clients' custom corporate NDA templates to ensure seamless alignment with enterprise governance protocols.
3. Employee & Intern Obligations
Every employee, consulting partner, and internship student working with EthicsComputer signs binding personal confidentiality covenants. All developmental training exercises use mock data structures, ensuring that actual client production data is never exposed to non-authorized training environments.
