FAQs
Accounting & Bookkeeping: frequently asked questions
Which accounting software do you use?
Mostly Tally Prime and Zoho Books, and we can work in the software you already use. The books stay in your name and you keep full access.
Our books are several months behind. Can you catch up?
Yes. We first bring the backlog up to date, reconciling bank and GST data, and then continue with regular monthly bookkeeping.
Must accounting software keep an audit trail?
For companies, the Companies (Accounts) Rules require accounting software with an audit trail (edit log) feature from financial year 2023-24. We make sure your setup meets this.
Can you also file our GST and TDS returns?
Yes. Because we maintain the books, GST and TDS filings are prepared from reconciled data, which reduces errors and notices.
